3 U8 teams participated in Bromley Rugby Minis Festival, it was a fantastic day filled with energy, excitement, and excellent teamwork, showcasing the spirit of rugby among our young TJs.

The kids showed great enthusiasm and a growing understanding of the game. Throughout the festival, the focus was on fun, skill development, and teamwork. Each team showed respect for the opposition and displayed excellent sportsmanship

Many of our players excelled in their running game, weaving through the opposition with great speed and agility.

The importance of teamwork was evident as players supported one another throughout their games. Some fantastic offloads were witnessed, with teammates communicating and working well together.

In defence the team’s tagging skills improved, with where players managed to halt opposition runs with quick tags.

The festival was a great success, and our U8s should be very proud of their efforts. The emphasis on fun and learning was evident throughout the day, and the team’s attitude was exemplary. Parents, coaches, and players alike should be excited about the progress made and the development still to come over the season.
