In addition to these mainstays, new faces with new ideas are regularly added in a bid to find the perfect balance between continuity and remaining fresh and forward-thinking.

In recent years, it has become TJs Academy policy to employ Apprentice Academy coaches to the staff each season. These are positions that support ex-Academy players transitioning into coaching and brings the benefits of continuity from the previous year’s playing group whilst allowing top Academy graduates to pass on their knowledge to the younger year groups.
