3. Sponsorship

Sponsorship
TJs Academy is a highly professional set up and requires significant financial support from its members, sponsors and supporters.

We are extremely grateful to our sponsors and partners for their continued financial support to our set up. Without them TJs Academy could not provide the outstanding opportunities to U16-18 boys and U15&16 girls in our community that it currently achieves.

TJs Academy is hugely grateful for the continued headline sponsorship of ARO and significant support from TGI Sport, James Andrew International, Ridge Crest, Morris Russell Planning, Rugby Taggers and Generation Digital.

Fund Raising

Whilst TJs Academy is lucky to be supported by a range of generous sponsors and supporters we strongly encourage members to contribute to essential fund raising efforts. Without this work TJs Academy would not be able to offer such an outstanding experience. Club subscriptions go towards covering main club overheads and do not go into the Academy pot for things such as kit, equipment, coaching, facilities hire and physio cover. It is essential and right that TJs Academy members commit to raising funds.

There are several ways to do this:

- Make a donation if you can.
- Ask a company you know or work for to sponsor TJs Academy. Several of our sponsors are companies owned or worked for by TJs Academy players and their parents.
- Be a wine waiter at the annual Sportsmans’ Dinners in July and November. This is great fun, involves giving up one or two evenings of your time and has raised over £1000 for the Academy in each of the last two seasons.
- Help man the gates at the annual Edenbridge and Oxted Agricultural show on Sunday or Monday of the August Bank Holiday weekend. This raises £1500 for the Academy but only if we have 20 people there each day. Give up one morning of your time to help make a huge difference to your club.

If you or anyone you know would like to discuss sponsorship opportunities within TJs Academy or would like to donate to our cause please contact Head of Academy Gareth Withers: withersgj@hotmail.com or 07739455783.
