You will need to create an account/login on the RFU/GMS/TJs site
If you are already a member and have affiliated last season or before then use the email address you used to register your child(ren) - RENEW affiliation
If you can't remember your password then go to Forgot Password. You will be sent a link to renew it.
You can then check and confirm your child(ren)s details and then hit the 'Affiliate' button.
You are also able to add new siblings.
If you need more help go to the RFU's own support page.
TJs are then notified of the affiliation request and we confirm them.
If you are a new family you go to RFU/GMS/TJs site and set up a new account, enter your details, and then go to your childs etc.
If you are transferring from another club proceed as if you are a new family and ensure you then affiliate to TJs.
As with all new things it will take time to complete - please do read the guidance and give yourself plenty of time to complete the task. Both the National Cup and Kent League competitions require all players to be Affiliated to TJs through this process to be eligible to play. The National Cup, in particular, has a very strict deadline for this process which MUST be adhered to.
The RFU has a comprehensive set of rules and regulations to help Mini Rugby Clubs throughout England.
